Zhang Lingling, moderator of Tianzuo Architectural Research Institute, professor ,doctoral supervisor,former dean of the School of Architecture and Planning, national Egineering Survey and Design Master, State-chartered First-Class Registered Architect，charted register architect of the Royal Institute of Architects in UK ,selected as one of the top 100 architects in China by RIBA ,chartered registered architect, selected as one of RIBA's 100 architects in China; Member of the Architecture Discipline Review Evaluation Group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, recipient winner of the government allowance of the State Council, deputy secretary-general of the Chinese Institute of Architecture, the Deputy Director of the Evaluation Committee of the National Higher School Architecture Program and the National Steering Committee of Graduate Education in Architecture, Executive Vice President of the World Association of Chinese Architects; Editorial Board Member of Journal of Architecture, Architect, Chinese Architecture Education, New Architecture, Architectural Techniques, Architectural Creation, etc.

Professor Zhang Lingling is the academic leader in the field of "theory and practice of architectural creation" in China's architecture discipline. He proposed the theory of "regional architecture" and carried out the overall design practice in "Liaodong Bay New District". He has presided over and completed 8 national projects, including the National 12th Five-Year Plan,Secience and Technology Support Program, the National Natural Science Foundation  Key Projects and National 13th Five Year Plan Key R&D Projects;of China and the 13th Five-Year Plan, etc. He has also presided over and completed more than 130 major architectural projects and won 16 national awards  and provincial and ministerial awards. He has received 16 national awards and more than 60 provincial and ministerial awards. He has published 196 papers and 12 monographs, and edited books in China and abroad, both domestically and internationally and has trained cultivated 43 domestic and international doctoral students and 185 master students from China and abroad. He was one of the three editors-in-chief of the proceedings of the 1999 World Congress Conference of Architects (UIA) paper collection, and was selected as one of the 50 most influential architects in China ,infor"Four The Forth Generations of Chinese Architects", "Young Architects-China-33" and "50 Contemporary Chinese Architects”
